LOCAL AREA AGREEMENTS - GUIDANCE FORROUND THREE AND REFRESH OF ROUNDS ONE AND TWO

A refreshed Guidance Note was published on 31 March 2005 for areas developing their LAA during 2006-7 to commence in April 2007 and for Round One and Two areas that will be refreshing their current agreements at the end of 2006, who should reflect this guidance in their refreshed LAA.The guidance replaces the Guidance Note issued in June 2005 and all previous Advice Notes on LAAs.
