This is a time of change for the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector in Bristol. There is less funding available for groups; a proposed shift to commissioning of services; an expectation that we will generate income, and a focus on neighbourhoods. Bristol ChangeUp Consortium wants to find out how groups are affected by these changes and what support is needed. We would value a few minutes of your time to help us put together a snap shot of the sector in Bristol.
